I have used Messiah H&A numerous times. The service has always been top notch. Ben is a consummate professional. He explains in detail what the issues are, and works to offer viable solutions. He is readily available at a moments notice. My heater stopped working suddenly. I contacted Ben and he came to the rescue. He returned the next day with a member of his staff. They took their time to assess the issue, and explained it to me in detail. They immediately went to get the parts. Ben was extremely equitable in offering to fix a breaker at no additional cost. Little did he know, he restored my faith in the kindness of others. His employee was equally kind and respectful. The issue was resolved and we slept in warmth and comfort. Ben promptly came to my home to check out my furnace during the recent cold spell on a Sunday afternoon. He was at my house within two hours of our initial phone call. He was able to diagnose the issue as an electrical problem quickly. He also returned to my house after the electrician visit to secure the furnace cover. Ben quickly answers phone calls and texts. I'll definitely call Messiah Heating and Air, if needed again.

Ben was willing to come out on a Sunday night with the temperatures brutally cold to check out our furnace. He found it to be an electrical issue but then shocked me by saying he was not going to charge a service fee since I needed and electrician to fix a breaker issue. Ben is a true professional and I will be calling him for all my HVAC needs!!

Wow!!! I called Ben on a Saturday night because my furnace went out. Temperature had dropped below freezing. This man was out with his wife, yet he called me back within minutes. Long story short, he came and fixed my furnace the next morning (early). Didn't try to break the bank, just gave me what I needed. My family is warm and safe and I'm overjoyed to have a new Heat and Air Guy!!! Thank you Ben, there are honest people in this world and your at the TOP of my list!!!
